Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with site leadership daily to drive safety culture and ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
  • •Act as onsite authority for EHS activities including inspections, audits, daily walks, toolbox talks, and real-time risk mitigation.
  • •Lead and mentor EHS Specialists and Safety Coordinators, delegating tasks, scheduling, and developing talent.
  • •Lead incident investigations, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
  • •Manage EHS documentation, SDS inventories, metrics, and reporting cadence to the EHS Program Manager.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or related field, or a BCSP Certification (CSP, ASP, CHST or OHST).
  • •8+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in the construction industry.
  • •OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500/510 strongly preferred.
  • •A deep understanding of OSHA standards, construction safety regulations, and best practices.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS 365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting systems.
