Bar Manager

Supervise the daily operations of the bar, leading the bartender team through recruitment, training, scheduling, and management. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards, monitor stock levels and inventory to minimize waste, and oversee cash handling, daily sales, and financial reporting.
