Job Summary

Lead cross-functional IT project teams and workstreams, ensuring clear collaboration across developers, analysts, testers, and system administrators. Own IT project planning and execution end to end—from requirements and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance—while monitoring risks, technical issues, budgets, and timelines. Guide teams using the Standard Project Lifecycle Framework and Agile or Waterfall methodologies, and align stakeholders to deliver on program goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-functional IT project teams/workstreams and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
•Develop and implement IT project plans for software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system implementations.
•Coordinate IT project execution across requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
•Monitor project progress, identify technical issues/risks, and manage budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver within scope and budget.
•Provide technical leadership and guidance, manage deliverable reviews/signoffs, maintain documentation/knowledge transfer, and conduct lesson-learned reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of increasingly complex project-related experience.
•Experience working on system conversions and/or system upgrades.
•Knowledge and experience with the IT standard project lifecycle.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Knowledge of financial services industry (a plus).
