Provide an authentic, guest-first shopping experience through product education and storytelling around ALO’s community and culture. Lead Flow initiatives to maximize productivity and exceed sales goals, while building daily client relationships. Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, and ensure effective sales floor coverage, including shipment and replenishment support.
