Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and operational performance using Lean Manufacturing.
  • •Provide technical expertise to production teams for troubleshooting and for implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and production launches to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • •Coordinate and monitor assigned production areas to ensure process stability, workplace organization, and availability of required tools, fixtures, and documentation.
  • •Create and maintain technical documentation, product files, engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Development, or a related technical discipline.
  • •2-3 years of experience in a similar engineering role in an international manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical and manufacturing documentation.
  • •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
