Key Responsibilities

•Lead continuous refinement of market performance monitoring and management framework and process to ensure a structured approach to drive market growth through combination of data analysis and market intelligence collection
•Assist in developing regional driver & user retention and growth strategies and localizing to markets' specific action plans
•Assist in longer-term performance review focusing on supply & demand growth and campaign effectiveness, and collaborate with BI & Analytics team on scalable data and analytics solutions to facilitate planning and decision making to support markets' growth
•Conduct ongoing performance review and lead the implementation of optimization initiatives (e.g. user promotions and engagement initiatives) for designated markets with the objective of maximizing online platform / marketplace demand growth and sustainable user active rate
•Manage the online platform budget for your designated markets, and to maximise the effectiveness and ROI of implemented campaigns and initiatives
•Collaborate with city teams and other functional departments to ensure business and team objectives are met

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in Operations or a similar analytical role; relevant experience in a high-growth start-up environment
•Experience working with, analyzing, and presenting findings from large data sets
•Proven track record of effective project management, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
•Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural and functional teams
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
