Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product adoption of Guided Shopping Agent and Retail Cloud POS through scalable GTM processes, tools, and enablement assets.
  • •Develop and execute GTM strategies for new launches, features, and pilot programs, creating repeatable playbooks to accelerate time-to-value.
  • •Manage pilot and beta programs across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success; synthesize feedback into GTM strategy and roadmap inputs.
  • •Represent Salesforce as a product expert in customer interactions, roadmap presentations, industry events, and demos with senior stakeholders.
  • •Deliver field enablement (SEs, AEs, CSMs, and partners) including sales tools, demo environments, competitive intel, training, and office hours.
