Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy relationship with food through ongoing support.
  • •Develop individualized treatment plans via telehealth nutrition assessments, meal plan prescription, and target weight range assessment.
  • •Guide the exposure process for fear/challenge foods and provide clear education to families about nutrition concerns.
  • •Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to echo directives, communicate meal plans and nutrition-related concerns, and update treatment plans weekly.
  • •Maintain thorough documentation in the electronic medical record, reassess nutritional needs ongoing, and support discharge planning.

Key Requirements
