Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and engineer software with customer/user experience as a key objective.
  • •Deliver and support data infrastructure and architecture to optimize data storage and consumption across the bank.
  • •Design and develop applications for internal and external users, focusing on interface and front-end usability.
  • •Engineer and implement security measures to protect internal/external systems, networks, products, and services.
  • •Support incident identification and resolution for IT services; ensure service resilience, sustainability, and recovery time objectives are met.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience delivering IT change as a Business Analyst using Agile and/or hybrid delivery models.
  • •Experience delivering projects in Wealth Management and/or Private Banking.
  • •Strong domain knowledge across Credit, Wealth Financing, and Investments.
  • •Strong analytical skills, including structured problem solving, root-cause analysis, and impact assessment.
  • •Proficiency with delivery/documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence, and producing clear artefacts (user stories, functional specs, process/data flows).
