Own end-to-end logistics and warehousing operations across EMEA, partnering with 3PL and warehousing providers to deliver strong SLA performance. Key Responsibilities

•Own relationships with 3PL and warehousing partners, ensuring SLA performance, service levels, and continuous improvement.
•Manage warehousing, transportation, inventory, and fulfillment operations across EMEA, including support for a manufacturing site in Ireland.
•Develop and execute freight and distribution strategies across air, sea, road, rail, and parcel networks.
•Lead carrier negotiations, freight tenders, and logistics cost optimization initiatives.
•Drive inventory accuracy and logistics performance through data-driven KPIs and act as the regional escalation point for logistics, transportation, inventory, and customer service issues.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations, preferably in consumer goods, retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel.
•Experience leading warehouse operations and people across multiple countries or locations, including directly operated and outsourced facilities.
•Strong financial and commercial acumen, including managing logistics budgets and validating 3PL and freight invoices to identify savings.
•Ability to establish operational KPIs and translate performance data into priorities, root-cause analysis, and improvement plans.
•Fluent English and excellent stakeholder management skills.
