Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support for CDU/VDU and hydroprocessing/renewable technologies, supporting technology transfer and ensuring optimal, profitable, and safe operation.
  • •Serve as the focal point for office-based support from pre-commissioning through guarantee acceptance for new or revamped unit startups.
  • •Support units being loaded with UOP catalyst from catalyst loading through guarantee acceptance.
  • •Participate in customer and engineering review meetings, including Design Basis, PFD, P&ID, MFD, HAZOP, and Model Reviews.
  • •Conduct office-based and on-site troubleshooting and audits; prepare operating manuals and training materials, and deliver technology training courses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors in Chemical Engineering.
  • •5+ years industry experience in gas processing, gas treating or hydrogen technologies.
  • •Experience with at least one UOP technology (Hydrotreating, Hydrocracking, Ecofining, or heavy oil technologies).
  • •Basic knowledge of UOP hydroprocessing & renewables technologies including equipment and operations.
