Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor wafer fabrication by responding to in-line issues and dispositions of production wafers.
  • •Qualify wafer fabrication processes on new tools and coordinate process qualification scheduling and equipment downtime.
  • •Use software to analyze data, identify trends, and make decisions about processing product.
  • •Adjust process parameters when exceeded, monitor parameters after maintenance, and execute in-line changes (CPM).
  • •Communicate technical information via presentations, revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and develop improved processes to increase capability.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or Computer Science (3.0 GPA or better for new grads).
  • •Experience scripting in Python, VBA, or an equivalent language.
  • •Understanding of statistical methods and Change Point Management.
  • •Understanding of Lean, TPS, or 5S principles and Structure Problem Solving (8D, 7-step, etc.).
  • •Experience with software data analysis tools (Spotfire, JMP, Matlab, etc.) and ability to work in a 24x7 cleanroom environment using PPE.
