Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform business planning and reporting for private banking, including annual budgeting, forecasts, actuals tracking, cost allocations, and HC management.
  • •Analyze monthly financials at segment/product/customer level, identify gaps/opportunities, and coordinate with the Finance team to address them.
  • •Manage portfolio mapping across RMs (including remapping, upgrades/downgrades, and allocations during RM changes/resignations) and track KPIs aligned to MBOs/scorecards.
  • •Define FY targets, roll them out to frontlines, conduct quarterly target adjustments, and run revenue forecasting to surface planning gaps.
  • •Develop and publish performance dashboards and simulation scenarios, ensure timely/accurate payouts (including retrocession adjustments), and resolve RM queries with Finance.

Key Requirements

  • •Post Graduate with a minimum of 12+ years experience in one or more mainstream banks.
  • •Strong knowledge of systems including Macros, SQL, and BI.
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement areas.
  • •Strong understanding of P&L along with client life cycle management.
  • •Proactive, energetic multi-tasking style and strong collaboration as an individual contributor.
