Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and perform installation and removal of portable ice floors in each city on tour.
  • •Maintain and operate Zamboni ice resurfacing equipment before, during, and after rehearsals and performances.
  • •Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs/maintenance on chillers, generators, pumps, and ice-floor tools/equipment per EPA and OSHA best practices.
  • •Maintain, repair, refurbish, and inventory all ice department equipment returned to the shop.
  • •Supervise, train, communicate with, and direct labor crews of up to 30 people during show operations.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanically and electrically inclined with experience using basic hand/power tools, pneumatic tools, and electrical metering devices, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical components.
  • •Ability to supervise, train, and direct large labor groups (up to 30 people).
  • •Read and follow schematics and possess basic electrical and plumbing theory.
  • •Strong work ethic with resourcefulness, effective time management, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt/flex.
  • •Willingness to relocate locally to Florida and travel domestically and internationally up to 100% of the year; valid US driver's license and passport (or ability to obtain a US passport).
