Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • •Execute setup, calibration, and preventative/corrective maintenance, including wet chemistry, plating, and dry high-vacuum toolsets.
  • •Monitor tool performance and analyze data to proactively identify equipment issues and implement solutions.
  • •Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional support teams to improve equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and drive performance improvements.
  • •Document maintenance activities, repair findings, and parts usage accurately, and support continuous improvement and off-shift engineering evaluations/escalations.
