Job Summary

Support Super.com’s legal team during the Fall 2026 term (Sept 8–Dec 18) by researching privacy, litigation, banking regulations, IP, and commercial law, and assisting with contract drafting, review, and proofreading. Work cross-functionally with operations, product, engineering, and customer care teams, prepare internal training materials, and help evaluate legal risks in the context of business needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise operations, product, engineering, and customer care teams on product development and new features.
•Conduct legal research on applicable laws and regulations for company verticals, new product features, and marketing approaches.
•Draft, review, and proofread a range of contracts including addenda, Master Service Agreements, DPAs, and vendor/influencer agreements.
•Develop and enhance legal support processes for travel and fintech verticals.
•Prepare internal training materials and communicate with outside counsel on employment law, data protection, and litigation matters.

Salary: CAD 20.25 - 31.75 hourly

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in an accredited Juris Doctorate program (1L, 2L, or 3L).
•Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with high intellectual curiosity.

•Experience owning projects end-to-end or strong interest in gaining that skill set.
•Ability to work independently with some oversight, and collaborate in an agile environment.
