Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand engineering tool and digitalization needs, analyze and prioritize requirements.
  • •Define and manage the functional engineering tool roadmap, including lifecycle management and improvement opportunities.
  • •Translate engineering requirements into functional configurations and ensure tools support user needs and existing practices.
  • •Ensure engineering tools support key product development activities across requirements, design, development, integration, verification and validation.
  • •Act as the engineering tools focal point to drive adoption, provide user support, develop documentation, and deliver training.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related technical field.
  • •Experience in an R&D or industrial Engineering environment, ideally managing, deploying, or supporting engineering tools and applications.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering activities and product development processes, including Model-Based Design and V-cycle approaches.
  • •Ability to translate engineering processes into functional tool configurations and solutions.
  • •Fluent in English and French; Dutch and German are a plus.
