Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end AV systems integration projects, ensuring delivery within time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction targets. Coordinate project kickoff activities across Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication & Installation, and third parties. Own schedules, resource planning, risk resolution, change order handling, and project reporting, while managing expenditures and quality. Maintain customer relationships and drive performance toward Net Promoter Score goals, including travel to job sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific AV systems integration projects.
•Ensure projects meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements using established AVI-SPL processes.
•Facilitate internal and external project kickoff meetings across Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication & Installation, customer resources, and third-party resources.
•Create and manage project schedules, coordinate resources, identify and manage project risks, and handle issues through escalation as needed.
•Manage expenditures and documentation (including close-out), ensure quality of work, support change order procedures, maintain customer relationships, and respond to customer concerns; travel to job sites as required.

Salary: USD 80,000 - 120,000

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Audio Visual, Construction, Technology or related industry.
•Proven project management and team leadership experience.
•Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
•Strong communication and interaction skills, with creative problem-solving to identify complex issues and generate solutions.
•Knowledge of technical, contractual, and construction documents; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MSProject schedule software; valid driver’s license and an MVR meeting driving standards.
