•Assist in all store departments (POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, stockroom) to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
•Lead on the sales floor, collaborating with Store Management to meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
•Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up while maintaining high service standards.

•2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles
•Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
