Vans: Supervisor - South Park Mall

Lead daily operations for a Vans store, supporting the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer engagement and an inclusive team culture. Coach and develop associates, help achieve sales and profitability goals using KPIs, and supervise opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
