Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage statutory insurance administration and coordinate with government authorities to ensure local regulatory compliance.
  • •Support personal income tax reporting and compliance activities in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • •Coordinate employee benefits administration and support payroll operations in partnership with the Manila Service Centre and other stakeholders.
  • •Be the key point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR operations, benefits, payroll, and statutory matters, ensuring timely resolution.
  • •Identify, recommend, and support process improvements and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business field (e.g., accounting, economics, finance, management) or a math/HR operations processing-related course.
  • •2-4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits, employment tax, and statutory insurance.
  • •Strong operational discipline and attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • •Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
