Job Summary

Join the Workday Services team to support and enhance WPP’s Workday reporting. You’ll translate business requirements into Workday reports, design advanced matrix and composite reporting, and provide insights that drive decisions. Manage BAU tickets for incidents, service requests, and change requests, and ensure report accuracy through data analysis and validation. The role grows as Workday coverage expands across WPP.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and resolve BAU tickets related to Workday reporting, including incidents, service requests, and change requests.
•Ensure timely, accurate resolution of reporting issues to minimize business disruption.
•Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports.
•Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable Workday reports.
•Continuously improve reporting by staying current on Workday features and suggesting enhancements to reports and processes.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in Workday report writing or a similar role.
•Proven experience creating advanced, matrix, and composite reports in Workday.
•Experience using ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
•Highly proficient in Workday Report Writer and related tools.
•Solid understanding of data modelling and report optimization techniques.
