Job Summary

Manage and scale employee giving and volunteering programs across global offices as part of the Ripple Impact team. Administer Ripple’s CSR software (including employee matching donations), build fundraisers and volunteer pages, and drive participation through education and internal communications. Partner with workplace teams and Employee Resource Groups to curate opportunities, manage nonprofit and academic partnerships, plan in-person and virtual volunteer events, and track participation and impact metrics. Travel up to 20–25%.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Ripple’s Director of Social Impact to help Ripple lead in corporate social impact.
•Administer CSR software, managing global employee matching donations and creating high-conversion fundraisers and volunteer pages.
•Drive employee participation through internal education and communication strategies to increase awareness and engagement globally.
•Curate volunteering opportunities with workplace teams and Employee Resource Groups and support regional nonprofit and academic partnerships.
•Plan and execute in-person and virtual volunteer opportunities, tracking and reporting participation and impact metrics while traveling up to 20–25%.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and employee engagement in a fast-scaling global company.
•Direct experience managing CSR platforms (ideally Deed or similar tools like Benevity), including donation matching workflows and vetting processes.
•Experience managing collaborative programs with the ability to identify, capture, and synthesize data.
•Experience partnering cross-functionally (HR, Communications, Workplace) to drive program adoption and cultural alignment.
•Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with a bias for action and experience managing complex logistics.
