Key Responsibilities

  • •Calculate and disburse management, advisory, administration, performance and custody fees, including fund net value calculation.
  • •Prepare financial statements and related client reports as agreed.
  • •Reconcile account differences between broker records and the bank’s books of record, and handle missing items.
  • •File and maintain records of correspondence and processed instructions for audit purposes.
  • •Perform accounting entries and payment processing for fund expenses, and deliver accurate and timely client reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above with over 1–2 years of financial and/or accounting experience.
  • •Good knowledge of institutional funds and financial/investment instruments, terms, and fund services operations.
  • •Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • •Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
