Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare supplies and PPE, access your daily schedule, and commute to patients’ homes using provided technology.
  • •Build welcoming patient connections while collecting relevant information and performing in-home services.
  • •Provide diagnostic and low acuity care including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
  • •Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
  • •Operate autonomously with an emphasis on exceptional quality and patient comfort.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and specimen collection.
  • •Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for coordination.
  • •Reliable transportation with a valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
  • •Pass national background check and DMV check; meet state licensure and/or training requirements, including Basic Life Support certification.
