Job Summary

Safely perform and support preventative and condition-based maintenance across critical plant assets, including electrical and mechanical systems. Plan and execute shutdowns/outages, maintain spare parts and drawings, and troubleshoot equipment using precision instruments and technical documentation. Support reliability through communication with maintenance and production teams, fabricate repair parts, and work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely perform assigned maintenance tasks while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
•Plan and execute shutdowns/outages and maintain up-to-date spare parts and drawings.
•Troubleshoot mechanical and/or electrical equipment, remove/replace defective parts, and adjust parts and control instruments using precision tools and instrumentation.
•Complete preventative and condition-based maintenance on plant assets such as furnaces, presses, hydraulic systems, engines, motors, pumps, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
•Fabricate repair parts, support maintenance and production reliability through communication, and assist production tasks as part of a crew; work rotating shifts and overtime as required.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED.
•Associate (AS) degree in Electrical, Manufacturing Controls (PLCs).
•Minimum of 2 years of relevant electrical and/or instrumentation experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
•Strong experience with Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens S7 PLCs.
•Ability to read and understand control logic, flow diagrams, instrument loops and control circuits, and pass a background check, physical (including drug and alcohol screen), and meet fall protection requirements.
