Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement enhancements in Gardener and AI agent sandbox solutions such as OpenShell.
  • •Implement Kubernetes controllers in Go and contribute Gardener extension development.
  • •Write Gardener Enhancement and Security Enhancement Proposals for seniors and experts.
  • •Assess and address security vulnerabilities, support threat modeling workshops, and maintain Gardener security posture and compliance.
  • •Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices to stay ahead of emerging needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience implementing Kubernetes components, including controllers, ideally in Go.
  • •Good understanding of Kubernetes, cloud, and container technologies.
  • •Familiarity with Linux security and isolation technologies such as SecComp, Landlock, Namespaces and Cgroups.
  • •Experience writing enhancements and proposals that improve Gardener security posture and compliance.
  • •A degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent work experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills in English.
