Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own ambitious sales targets (AANR) and account growth (in-year net revenues) for money movement solutions in the Andean region.
  • •Build and nurture a network of stakeholders across prioritized banks, remitters, and fintechs, and coordinate opportunities with merchants, acquirers, and enablers.
  • •Engage senior client leaders across payment, treasury, retail products, and compliance functions to drive deal execution.
  • •Establish robust sales pipelines using internal and external relationships and collaborate to structure high-value, complex commercial deals.
  • •Lead and support local in-market sales teams and coordinate technical sales solutioning and client workshops; also support ecosystem readiness communications and implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; or 8+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD); or at least 3 years with a PhD.
  • •Experience in the banking and payments industry is required.
  • •8+ years of sales and account management experience with banks, payments, and the money movement industry, plus leadership experience.
  • •6+ years leading high-performance sales and account management teams with a track record of achieving financial results and growth targets.
  • •Knowledge of SWIFT cross-border payments concepts and transaction banking (including low value/ACH).
