Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned Starlink Land Mobile accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, day-to-day management, and long-term growth as the primary customer contact.
  • •Hit and exceed revenue targets by tracking readiness, shipments, activations, certifications, and payments, and raising risks early when dates or dollars may slip.
  • •Maintain internal account systems so account status, risk, and opportunity are visible in one place, and monitor account health to prevent delayed cash or churn.
  • •Set clear expectations with customers, resellers, and internal partners on commitments related to timing, hardware, and delivery; build account plans defining current state and next-dollar opportunities.
  • •Forecast retention and revenue; bring customer feedback into SpaceX and coordinate cross-functional work to reduce errors and facilitate high-touch onboarding and expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or a high school diploma/equivalency plus 6+ years in account management, customer success, business development, operations, or a technical customer-facing role.
  • •5+ years owning a defined book of business with accountability for customer health and revenue (retention, realization, expansion, or collections).
  • •5+ years supporting customers on a technical product or service.
  • •Ability to work across time zones with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed for customer milestones.
  • •Willingness to travel to customer sites, depots, yards, and field locations as needed.
