Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical and architectural discussions with customers and support solution roadmap development.
  • •Analyze and implement SAP support methodology and apply comprehensive SAP S/4HANA expertise across architecture, conversion, and migration.
  • •Support SAP high availability/disaster recovery architecture, including network and virtual technologies, to ensure stable operations.
  • •Own and coordinate operational tasks, escalations, and process improvements for managed technical system landscapes.
  • •Identify top issues, define action plans, drive resolution, and ensure high-quality delivery outcomes.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 7 years of SAP technical administration, preferably SAP BASIS.
  • •Strong background in SAP solutions/technology and cloud technology.
  • •Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architectures, migration paths, and related tools.
  • •Experience with technical architecture, implementation, change management, and deep planning/configuration.
  • •Ability to coordinate delivery and projects as a team lead in a heterogeneous environment.
