Job Summary

Own and grow eCommerce performance across app, web, aggregators, and kiosks by developing commercial business plans, setting priorities, and launching targeted promotions. Partner with Product, Tech, UX, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Restaurant Technology to translate goals into roadmaps, optimize guest journeys, improve ordering and payment experiences, and ensure seamless concept-to-launch delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute commercial business plans to size, prioritize, and activate eCommerce opportunities based on revenue potential, guest impact, and operational feasibility.
•Own and track eCommerce performance, driving growth in conversion, check, and order frequency.
•Develop and execute eCommerce-exclusive promotions to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
•Lead merchandising and deployment of new product launches across app, web, aggregators, and kiosk platforms while improving launch efficiency and reducing errors.
•Collaborate with Product, Tech, UX, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Restaurant Technology to optimize guest journeys, improve digital order flow and in-store engagement, and manage timelines through launch and post-launch impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,910 - 123,405 annually
