Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide dedicated commercial management for SkyCargo freighters, including key customer account handling, blocked space agreements, and strategic partnerships.
  • •Ascertain, collate, and verify contracted-flight data in relevant systems; identify and correct anomalies impacting accounting, reports, and contract-rate recommendations.
  • •Develop key reports and support regular meetings with customers or partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on account and partnership changes.
  • •Maintain communication with customers to develop customized solutions addressing special requirements, priority treatment, and value-added services to improve service quality.
  • •Monitor partnership and agreement performance using metrics such as cargo volumes, revenue generation, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction; report to higher management/steering committees and recommend optimization opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or honors (12+3).
  • •Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Logistics, Cargo, or air cargo industry.
  • •Completed approved Cargo Acceptance and Handling courses, including Special Cargo.
  • •Experience in Handling and Acceptance, Cargo Product Knowledge, Advanced Load Control, and Freighter Load.
  • •Knowledge of IATA regulations, rules and procedures; excellent communication, IT, and analytical skills.
