Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently produce accurate drawings, 3D models, and assemblies for assigned projects.
  • •Interpret engineering notes and sketches to resolve design-related issues and ensure design feasibility for incoming orders.
  • •Coordinate with engineering disciplines, project management, sales, suppliers, and shop personnel to meet all design requirements.
  • •Create order-specific general arrangement and detail component drawings using Autodesk Inventor (including iLogic automation) and manage drawing approvals, revisions, and comment resolution.
  • •Support compliance and documentation needs, including bill of materials verification and documentation for regulatory product registration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 38 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree in Drafting, Design, or Engineering (or equivalent industry experience).
  • •4 years’ experience as a CAD designer in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience with 3D modelling packages (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
  • •General knowledge of industrial piping and design principles.
  • •ASME Section VIII pressure vessel code and related ANSI/ASTM/API codes and standards (preferred).
