•Own and execute the full affiliate and brand partnerships marketing strategy to drive the new customer acquisition strategy.
•Recruit, manage, and optimize high-performing affiliates and influencers with a focus on incremental revenue and growth by category.
•Identify and execute strategic brand partnerships from ideation through launch and measurement including building repeatable processes and frameworks to scale partnerships sustainably
•Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and oversee payouts and incentives
•Leverage data from various channel owners on category performance, sales, and previous campaign results to identify the most effective marketing activation and support tactics around affiliate marketing

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 63,000 - 72,000 annually

•4-5 years experience across affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships (experience spanning multiple is a strong plus)
•Proven track record of scaling partnerships that drive measurable business impact
•Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
