Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze IAM requirements to determine appropriate IAM solutions.
  • •Conduct IAM risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • •Implement IAM policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • •Administer and maintain IAM systems, including user account management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, authorization matrices, recertifications, password resets, and audit logs.
  • •Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM issues, including incident management and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience with IAM systems and technologies, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
  • •Hands-on experience with IAM protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, SSO, and MFA, plus IAM platforms like Okta, Ping, or Azure AD.
  • •Experience with Active Directory, CyberArk PIM, and ServiceNow is a plus.
  • •Cloud IAM experience designing and implementing IAM solutions for cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
