Drive delivery and technology management for a value stream by developing project strategies, balancing scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, communications, and budget. Partner with technology teams and the Product Owner to improve productivity using Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and effective backlog management. Oversee delivery progress, risks, and governance forums (e.g., Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning, QBR), ensuring compliance with security controls and technology architecture designs.
