Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage project strategies, engaging stakeholders for plans, commitments, and modifications.
  • •Balance scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, communication, and budget to support technology delivery.
  • •Collaborate with technology teams and the Product Owner on backlog management and Agile execution (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) to enhance productivity.
  • •Oversee and report progress, issues, dependencies, and risks; provide recommendations to sustain delivery momentum and benefit realization.
  • •Ensure adherence to standard controls and governance forums (e.g., VS Reviews, Portfolio Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning, QBR) including compliance with security controls and technology architecture designs.

Key Requirements

  • •14 years of IT experience with 5 to 8 years of project/delivery management experience.
  • •Knowledge of Avaloq technology is an added advantage; banking domain project management experience is required.
  • •Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) plus hybrid delivery models; able to manage distributed teams.
  • •Broad understanding across multiple or rapidly evolving disciplines.
  • •Experience managing multiple teams through subordinate managers with accountability for independent budgets.
