Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ML systems end-to-end from data preparation to deployment, ensuring production reliability and measurable user impact.
  • •Debug model failures and system issues using real production signals and latency/cost constraints.
  • •Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams to translate research ideas into production-ready systems.
  • •Mentor and review work from other ML engineers, providing guidance through example and technical judgment.
  • •Iterate quickly by shipping features, measuring outcomes, and refining based on feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have built and shipped ML systems used by real users, with production-quality code and systems thinking.
  • •Experience owning data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration end-to-end in production environments.
  • •Ability to turn research ideas into working, reliable production systems and to diagnose model/system failures using real production signals.
  • •Strong independent ownership and the ability to push work across the finish line in a flat, hands-on team.
