Job Summary

Support clients in implementing and evolving solutions for CPG/FMCG business processes. Gather and analyze requirements through client workshops, map as-is and to-be processes, and define functional specifications. Configure application solutions, analyze data models and import/export flows, and help with functional testing and troubleshooting. Deliver user documentation and training sessions to key users to drive adoption across national and international projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Run client workshops and analyze as-is processes to help define to-be processes.
•Understand and configure solution platforms in both design activities and day-to-day operations.
•Analyze client operations, model solutions based on identified processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
•Define functional requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications; interpret configuration guidelines and apply effective system settings.
•Analyze data models, support troubleshooting, contribute to functional testing, and provide user documentation and training for key users.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of experience in consulting or in CPG/FMCG companies.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Statistics, or Data Science.
•Strong English proficiency for working in international contexts and with global teams.
•Analytical skills to bridge business requirements with system functionality.
•Problem-solving mindset with proactive communication and teamwork orientation.
