Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or advanced degree/equivalent experience) and 5+ years of software development experience.
  • •Strong full-stack expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, including JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, and Node.js.
  • •AI-native practice: use AI as a collaborator with tools such as Claude Code or Codex, applying spec-driven, guardrailed workflows.
  • •Ability to design solid components and sub-systems and debug across components and layers.
  • •Strong customer-facing instincts and awareness of enterprise environments (IT, security, compliance, and non-functional requirements).
