Provides nursing care to a select patient population in accordance with the QCHP Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework and Joint Commission International requirements. Delivers care using nursing process, administers medications and therapies, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes in a Qatar facility.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify outcomes for patient care delivery and ensure timely care.
•Adhere to therapeutic standards and quality metrics per QCHP and regulatory requirements; adjust care as needed.
•Perform basic assessment of signs, symptoms, and general condition to determine normal vs. abnormal findings.
•Deliver direct and indirect patient care, including administration of medications and therapies using nursing processes.
•Plan and coordinate patient care with referrals, documentation in EMR, and escalation of emergencies when indicated.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (required)
•Minimum 1 year in GCC (preferred)
•Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills
•Proficiency in applying nursing process and patient safety principles
