Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect presales enablement programs, partnering with subject matter experts to define learning paths, assessments, and success metrics.
  • •Enable ISV and C&SI presales personas by teaching partners how to sell and position offerings with Databricks and helping C&SI teams scope, demo, and qualify joint opportunities.
  • •Partner with leadership and partner-facing teams to identify skills gaps and translate business requirements into enablement initiatives.
  • •Own the presales enablement roadmap, including large-scale learning events, curriculum, and multi-channel program launches and improvements.
  • •Drive performance accountability by monitoring and optimizing KPIs such as training completion, accreditations, learner growth, and certification targets; oversee technical integrity and coach training resources.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,900 - 250,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years developing and scaling technical and/or GTM enablement programs within a global enterprise tech ecosystem or B2B SaaS company.
  • •Technical software sales, presales, or solutions-engineering background with proven experience engaging customers and partners in a presales context.
  • •Deep expertise in Data & AI technologies (data warehousing, data transformation, ML, and generative AI), with strong hands-on delivery; industry certification preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of the ISV ecosystem and the Consulting & Systems Integrator (C&SI) business model, including how technical partners go to market.
  • •Proven program management experience building competency models and learning journeys for geographically dispersed teams; plus experience using a Learning Management System (LMS).
