Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with UK regulatory requirements, including leading regulatory readiness for market entry and ongoing supervision.
  • •Act as the primary contact with the FCA and relevant UK bodies, interpreting regulatory changes and guiding business strategy.
  • •Build policies and controls for AML, KYC, data privacy, consumer duty, distribution, and claims-related compliance, including risk assessments and remediation plans.
  • •Establish monitoring, testing, reporting, internal audits, compliance reviews, and control testing to ensure ongoing operationalised compliance.
  • •Oversee consumer protection and business integrity, including fairness, product compliance, marketing reviews, pricing governance, distribution oversight, and complaint handling frameworks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of compliance, risk, or regulatory experience in financial services, insurance, insurtech, or fintech.
  • •Deep understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA rules and consumer duty requirements.
  • •Ability to design policies, conduct risk assessments, and manage complex compliance programs.
  • •Experience building compliance for digital platforms, distribution, or insurance products (preferred).
