Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure quality standards for service operation processes to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • •Own service account performance objectives and drive profit/resource management (backlog analysis, Work in Progress, overhead management, etc.).
  • •Transition and roll out customer and internal meetings to deliver favorable service outcomes.
  • •Monitor, measure, and modify process performance to meet customer and business objectives; ensure customer reporting is accurate and on time.
  • •Work with field office and third-party providers for quotes, contract negotiation, vendor approval/compliance, and act as liaison to resolve issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or a minimum of seven (7) years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience.
  • •Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment (preferred).
  • •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, service bulletins, technical manuals, equipment specifications, and governmental regulations.
  • •Ability to write reports and business correspondence, and to present information to leadership, customers, and service personnel.
  • •Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions, and communicate results internally and externally.
