Supervisor II, Production - Panel Lamination

Supervise production of all products through the panel lamination process. Lead and coach employees across two shifts to ensure on-time shipment while meeting quality and production goals. Enforce company conduct and safety policies, interview and select new employees, and evaluate team performance with recommendations on wage, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Use production orders and continuous-improvement practices to support process changes.
