Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct structural project execution from schematic design through construction administration, including producing construction documents.
  • •Oversee and contribute to structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and supporting narratives.
  • •Use advanced analysis methods and modeling techniques to solve complex design challenges and develop efficient gravity and lateral systems.
  • •Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, and multi-discipline engineering teams to integrate structural systems with other building systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or closely related) or equivalent experience.
  • •5 to 7 years of relevant post-education engineering experience with prior structural or civil design experience.
  • •Proficient in structural engineering principles and design/build practices for project work.
  • •Strong knowledge of structural systems for steel, concrete, composite, and specialty structures.
  • •Highly proficient with technical writing and structural analysis/design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, RISA, SAFE) plus AutoCAD and/or Revit for documentation.
