Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect multi-agent systems with branching logic, exception handling, and human-in-the-loop escalation.
  • •Own fine-tuning strategy (fine-tune vs RAG vs prompt engineering) and deliver end-to-end LLM adaptation, including GPU training and production serving.
  • •Build RPA task bots as execution layers within agentic workflows, including AI agent ↔ RPA handoff logic and exception management.
  • •Implement agent evaluation frameworks, observability/tracing, and CI/CD for agent/model deployments while diagnosing hallucinations, tool misuse, and cost issues.
  • •Lead use-case discovery workshops and communicate architecture trade-offs to non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •4–7 years in software engineering and 3+ years building production-grade automation solutions.
  • •Demonstrated end-to-end delivery of agentic AI systems or complex enterprise RPA prototypes.
  • •Experience owning solution architecture and LLM adaptation strategy end-to-end.
  • •Preferred experience/certifications with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
