Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with new prospective customers, deliver customer demos, and build PoC solutions in multiple programming languages.
  • •Provide architecture guidance on cloud-native technologies and help customers with distributed system challenges.
  • •Onboard customers to Diagrid Cloud and translate customer feedback into actionable product features.
  • •Collaborate with engineering to influence product roadmap based on real-world customer needs and pain points.
  • •Write code with customers to help them achieve a successful path to adoption of Diagrid products.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar technical customer-facing role.
  • •Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
  • •Experience in designing and building enterprise applications and solutions.
  • •Solid understanding of computer science principles with a focus on distributed systems.
  • •Solid developer experience in at least one of Java, .NET or Go.
