Key Responsibilities

•Engage with new prospective customers, deliver customer demos, and build PoC solutions in multiple programming languages.
•Provide architecture guidance on cloud-native technologies and help customers with distributed system challenges.
•Onboard customers to Diagrid Cloud and translate customer feedback into actionable product features.
•Collaborate with engineering to influence product roadmap based on real-world customer needs and pain points.
•Write code with customers to help them achieve a successful path to adoption of Diagrid products.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar technical customer-facing role.
•Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
•Experience in designing and building enterprise applications and solutions.
•Solid understanding of computer science principles with a focus on distributed systems.
•Solid developer experience in at least one of Java, .NET or Go.
