Create replenishment requirements using the “Replenish” system.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive, verify, store, and manage components and/or auxiliary materials (freestock) for assembling kits required for production assemblies.
•Introduce goods into stock using incoming documentation and store products in appropriately delimited, suitable spaces.
•Maintain systematic and chronological stock records and operate stock data (FIFO).
•Conduct physical inventories (annual and periodic when required) upon request from the hierarchical supervisor.
•Provide stock information to departments and hierarchical superiors, record/process/store stock status information, report monthly results, and prepare replenishment needs using “Replenish”.

Key Requirements

•Ability to receive, verify, and store components and auxiliary materials for production kits.
•Knowledge of systematic stock record keeping and chronological stock data handling (FIFO).
•Experience performing physical inventory counts (annual and periodic) when required.
•Ability to document, process, and maintain accurate information about stock status.
•Ability to use the “Replenish” system to determine replenishment needs.
