Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and develop the Revenue Operations team in Gurugram, including performance, development, workload allocation, and delegation.
  • •Own monthly and quarterly revenue close activities within India’s scope, ensuring accurate and timely execution of revenue analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • •Establish ownership, review, and escalation expectations across the team and ensure timely identification and resolution of issues.
  • •Review complex sales transactions and revenue data in ERP/revenue systems to validate revenue allocations and revenue schedules.
  • •Coordinate quarterly review and year-end audit activities for revenue processes, including documentation and resolution of auditor questions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in revenue accounting or revenue operations at a public, high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • •Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing Managers and individual contributors.
  • •Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 with experience in SaaS, cloud, and usage-based revenue models.
  • •Experience owning complex revenue close processes and related controls (revenue recognition, journal entries, reconciliations, allocations, and analytics).
