Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute the full month-end and year-end closing process for the Polish entity, ensuring all deadlines are met.
•Maintain the company’s accounting books in accordance with the Polish Accounting Act (UoR) and Group Accounting Policies.
•Ensure completeness, accuracy, and reliability of all financial data recorded in the general ledger.
•Manage and supervise monthly accruals, provisions, and deferrals.
•Liaise with local Finance Team, HQ, and external providers; support audits and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Key Requirements

•Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
•Certification: Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or Polish Ministry of Finance/SKwP certificate) is a strong asset.
•Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a proven track record in a "Senior" or "Chief" role within a multinational environment.
•Standards: Expert knowledge of Polish Accounting Standards (UoR) and Polish Tax Regulations and sound proficiency in IFRS.
•Tools: Advanced knowledge of SAP (or similar Tier 1 ERP) and expert level MS Excel.
